Upper Laguna is near Baffin Bay and these two areas are not as easily assessable as some of the other waters but if you make the extra effort to fish here you will also be able to catch your share of redfish, black drum and sheepshead. The best way to reach these areas is by Port Aransas or through Corpus Christi.
